From Lowes, I Bot 400-Wall Stone-Blocks @ $1.69 per block and 25 Bags of Lava Rock @ $3.67 per Bag ...

The Blocks were $1.49 4-days ago ... and I couldn't talk them down BUT STILL PAID FOR THEM ....

I got home and pulled Lowes Customer # up and w/Tears Streaming down me face, I registered my Complaint ....

Tomorrow I can go in for a Refund .....
