You just have to love those super builders who release false press releases that are later retracted.
That promise to release audited financials which still remain unreleased a year later.
That tell you that KPMG or PWC did an audit only to learn that they disavow that fact.
That are the subject of regulatory investigations and inquiries.

If that is your idea of a company building Canada ... then I strongly disagree with your judgement.

So tell me Grande... Sulja has a couple new things going on. The new location with the new store sounds pretty good. Do you think they will still be publicly traded in the US if they release a financial statement that doesn't include the statements they made in '05 and '06? Do you think starting fresh in '07 wipes the slate clean and they can just move forward? This is the sentiment i gather from reading your posts over the last few days. It imo would take one heck of a filing to explain everything. I sure would like to see it.

I agree, SLJB is one hell of a builder of Canada... you might even say a Canadian super builder!!!

TO POTENTIAL NEW INVESTORS: SLJB is NOT a builder. This is a total mischaracterization of the company's line of business. They are a building supplies company, NOT a builder. In addition, the company is currently the subject of an investigation by the Ontario Securities Commission, an inquiry by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, and a defendant in a class action lawsuit based on allegations of securities fraud, Drago v. Vucicevich, filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

I do not understand this obvious effort to mislead people who don't know better, to believe that Sulja Bros. is engaged in the construction business. Shame for shame.
