actually, it's grenwich mean time (GMT). Easter Time Zone (where I am) is 5 hours earlier than that. The fax says 19:27GMT, which would be 14:27 or 2:47pm on the east coast. 1:47pm or 12:47pm if farther west in the US. I think it's fine
