Pink Sheets Quotation?

QUESTION:
Why is there no quote for EFGO on Pinksheets.com? Why can’t you log on to pinksheets and update it?
RESPONSE:
This is due to a clerical error. Financial reports are generally uploaded to the Pink Sheets for public scrutiny. On May 15th, the Esprit person responsible for uploading the 1st quarter Financial Statements for 2007 accidentally uploaded the year end statements a second time. The Pink Sheets realized the error earlier today, and has put a temporary block on displaying the quote, as the actual first quarter results were not yet posted. Management has been in communication with the Pink Sheets to clarify the error. The correct statements have been properly uploaded today, and we have been advised that the Pink Sheets should remove the block sometime this afternoon.
As previously announced by the Company, we are filing all of the requisite documentation to qualify as a fully reporting issuer (pink check mark) when the Pink Sheets introduces its new classifications in August.
We apologize to our shareholders for the error. Happily, it is not substantive, and we do not anticipate it will have any long term affect on our stock.
