Zeev, thanks for pointing that out. It looks like a misprint by the author. They utilize a 10 dma when analyzing the $CPC in order to smooth out the volatility.

The actual ratio is .69 on the 10 dma. Which I wouldn't necessarily deem as bullish however as they indicate.
