I think Wilf said recently he raised about $650,000 in stock this year. At 2.2 cents a share, that's about 29,545,454 shares of stock. I'm fairly certain the maximum they can raise on 504D is 1,000,000 dollars. Therefore, they have $350,000 to go before they meet their maximum for the year. This means, at 2.2 cents a share on average, they will still sell around 15,909,090 shares. At ~1.5 million shares a day, if the company IS selling stock, it will have to end soon.
Seems to jive? Am I missing something? :) If the above is correct and the problem is DPBM selling, we should start to see an increase in price fairly soon.
