I do have to say I have many questions about that testimony myself.
The fact that in the testimony the first reference to a young military guy coming to the room and telling Cheney "IT was 50 miles out". He never explained or had to explain WHAT IT was. Cheney already knew even 50 miles out what the young gent was talking about.
That is a disturbing piece of evidence that was never followed up on. He knew, and there was no concern over flight path. At 50 miles out IT could have been going ANYWHERE, yet all was casual even about the flight path of an airliner which was already OFF COURSE. How in the hell did he know the intended target? The insinuated goal of the airliner was their area by the missing part of the messenger's statement "they're 50 miles out"(from here).
Even just this part of that day stinks. I haven't taken much time digesting the rest of inconsistencies. Its full of broken stitches.
