Are you using Internet Explorer?

If so, try this:

Up in the file menu, click TOols > Internet Options

Find the 'Delete Files' box and click it. Delete the files.

Also, make sure you are set to 'Check version of stored pages: Every time you view the page." << this probably fixes your problem. This option is located under the Settings button (next to Delete Files).

Clear your history, too.
