We are told that only one of those building is rented or leased to Sulja for Sams operations.
It now has to accomodate all of the Ontario employees (less the ones moving to Alta.) and operations.
That seems like a tall order to me.

There is another business being run there, SBT construction.As well as a dwelling.
It also need rezoning, and there has been no attempt to build anything at all there. (no permits nada!)
The harrow location had some "captive" market due to its location the Sams location has none. AS well as none of the Land or even buildings are owned by Sulja. All leased.

Calling recent events an expansion is false and misleading.
