I seem to recall that, though, the Harrow spot was "relocated", there is stil a precence in Harrow supporting the retail operation, hardware,tools,ect. Sam's would most likely be the distributor for contractor's. Although the building and land are not owned by "sulja", the name "Sam's" is.
