Their will be no R/S. It woould put the company more in trouble if they decide to do one. Especially with the shareholders they have right now. Don't invest in this company if you feel their will be a R/S. they have stated over and over their will be none.

So once we're on the OTCBB and off the 'pinks' a RS should not concern you right?

ETIM is getting away from the pinks soon and they have repeatedly stated they have no plans for an RS.
