It means he prefers to wordsmith, rather than addressing something directly. To each his own. No opinion, but only dicing words... means never risking being wrong.
It's easy to have an opinion on that PR. "SLJB" either filed a lawsuit (you have to file one in order to have "success" from "proceedings") or they didn't. If it's not filed, then it doesn't exist, right?
Or was the PR more wordsmithing that we shouldn't heed, but should only read it for the "spirit" in which it was crafted?
