I believe the issue was personal and professional harassment of SLJB and it's employees and yes, I'd say the pr had to deal with both. If it affects the employees it affects the company - deal with it in the spirit in which it was posted and not according to the "rules" you think should be followed, or, any misinterpretation of what people think it's about. It's pretty plain and simple really.
