concentrate on the 'would' .. & the - in front of the word 'would ...

only by previous actions could we 'deduce ' this might have a high probability to be possible .

Yes ... it is an 'opinion' - based on previous behaviours of this administration ... that's all .....an opinion....

It is my opinion that if you were otherwise subject to 30 months jail time if you posted again on this board, you would desist from posting again on this board.
(I am not asking you to do this.)

It is also my opinion that Libby did not want to do 30 months jail time, but I do not know this for a fact.

It is also my opinion that Libby, seeing the sentence and seeing no help forthcoming, might want to influence things for the better.

He has only one arrow in his bow. His knowledge of the events surrounding the outing of Valerie Plame which he has thus far decided to keep to himself.

It is documented that Cheney was extremely angry over Joseph Wilson's exposure of the Niger yellowcake lies, which were part of the justification used to go to war in Iraq.

I think that you need to get your shit straight and think rationally.

Regards,
Ian

As I said before, it's a good thing that Scooter wasn't a juvenile or mentally handicapped because with those convicts, Bush expresses "great confidence in our system of laws"... And you're not getting the hypocrisy here!??... Hypothetically, your 16yo kid or mentally handicapped cousin had a better chance of execution in Texas but with Scooter, the Decider is a "compassionate conservative"?... Go figure ?? Bottom line -- Team Decider had to shut Scooter the hell up rather than risk him telling all in prison, and a full pardon will follow as Dubya is exiting the Oval Office...
