PV filed a lawsuit in a court in Windsor against the wrong defendant, Kathleen Jacobs. Kathleen Jacobs is not a "known on-line basher" and has never been an SLJB poster, if such person by that name even actually exists. SLJB never filed any lawsuit, nor did they obtain any default judgment, nor is there (nor can there by since SLJB has not been involved in any judgment against anyone for libel/slander) any official or legal attempt on the part of the company to collect any judgment obtained in favor of the company relating to any poster. SLJB HAS NO DEFAULT JUDGMENT RELATING TO ANY SUCH MATTER.
However, the poster I am quite sure you are referring to mistakenly as Kathleen Jacobs has never disappeared nor found at fault for anything. And "another known basher" has nothing to do with any legal proceeding which the company claims it filed. NO "LEGAL PROCEEDING" (which means lawsuit) has been filed by SLJB against any poster here or elsewhere.
