Those are the exact problems that everybody was facing for about 3 minutes. It's just taking longer for it to go through their system. They likely have very high cache settings or don't have IE to refresh on every page. The little thing Dingleberry did, didn't help that.
All will work out in time, nothing I can do to help them right now.
