What do you call it when a regulatory body in an issuers home province commences an investigation with the policing authorities?
What do you call it when that investigation proceeds to allegations before a panel for a Hearing?
What do you call it when the regulator of the exchange an issuer is listed on commences an investigation?

LMAO, what do you think the market cap of an almost non existent, law suit ridden, small time lumber operation in a depressed community worth (oh yeah but there's, Alberta LMAO ! !) The market cap is still about 10x too high for this company, if that is what they are still calling it.
