Matt, Anyone that is still experiencing the problem cannot see your post to clear the cache and logout and back in. I happened to try that and it worked temporarily but then the problem started again. I"ve had to do it twice now. Maybe you can put some kind of a message across the top?
BTW.....I think you should tell Bob to get the money back for the new server..........
