that is exactly what publicly traded (reporting) companies do on a daily basis. what makes SLJB so special or should i say what do they have to hide?

Red ... with all due respect, I think the signs are on the wall that little Sulja is having some financial problems.
Closing their big store in Harrow is just the first indicator of these problems.
I would surmise that their legal fees are getting prohibitively expensive.
They have at least three law firms retained to defend them before the OSC, Drago and Loftwerks.
I am sure they must have a securities attorney lined up and retained for the SEC as well. At least they should if they are forward planning.
