Yep it really is. I saw people investing and putting hope in eCarFly (ECFL) on these boards and watching the stock rise to over $2, and I didn't know at all what was happening, they were careful to never tell me anything about their intentions. I definitely would have called the SEC :-P
I designed their website but I pulled it from my server when I started getting notices from various e-postmaster/abuse e-mails about large amounts of spam being forwarded to the domain.
