I see you have been doing your share of digging as well!!!

This will play out in our favor IMO...I think VanB. will do the right thing....Biometrics LLC upped their "offer" as evidenced in the amendment...this tells me that they are willing to approach this in a civil manner....it's a HUGE opportunity for the company and shareholders WILL benefit IMO.... these guys do NOT think small.....if they gain day to day control watch the money flow in...and not just from us "little" guys IMO...if this GROUP takes control the news will ATTRACT $$$$$$.....

So far as I can see these guys do not leave a trail of ruin when they enter a PROJECT.....they make MONEY for everyone involved....they obviously see something here :)

I too looked at it from the angle of it turning "one sided".

I don't think it will...if that is what the group wanted they would approach this differently....they are holding a strong hand and have chosen to play the trump card...they want CONTROL..and in the first filing months ago they included a clause stating that control was something that they Might be interested in.....the core group involved with Biometrics LLC BUILDS Businesses...they don't destroy them....at the present time this is EXACTLY what the company needs IMO...I think we see this resolved one way or the other within 2 weeks.
