Last week I had to call in an employee to ask him how much of a raise I promised him less than a month ago because I forgot. If I got called in front of a jury, and asked and said I don't recall, would that have been a lie? No.
This incident was a very small issue relative to what the administration was working on. It is easy to forget the small stuff of who said what to whom.

Bush did what was right. Libby should have never got jail time for a 'he said, she said' charge. You that disagree are very irresponsible with two years of any person's life to believe that time served was deserved. I might agree under different circumstances, but in this case you guys are dead wrong and are allowing your politics to fog your judgement and wisdom.
