Thanks Can somebody find out about the preferred or non-preferred status of managements shares? If not I will try. if they are proven to be non-preferred things could look better.
I will bring other investors to the table when I feel my credibility is protected. I won't even suggest it to family members. If they get burned I am the bad guy.
I know several people who could buy hundreds of millions of shares at the drop a hat. They have done it before CSHD is an example we bought at .16 a share an sold over $3.00 per share (hundreds of thousands of shares).
