no you are probably pretty close. upon closing the purchase of the LFWK shell steve owned 25% of Sulja Bros if memory serves. i seem to remember that owners of sulja ended up with 360mm shares or so, which they apparently then sold through the nominee accounts at an average of .10.
i am old and i dont feel like reading the sec documents again from back then. someone else may have more accurate numbers.
