While Just in Time inventory methodology can be employed by virtually any business it obviously does not work as well in situations open to the unpredictablility of consumer spending.

So while it may work well for Ford in their inventory production it very well would not work at all for little Sulja who sells to retail customers and builders who can not accurately forecast their purchasing needs.
