If the above is true, then is this not also true: when one makes a claim in the NEGATIVE, it is not incumbent upon the reader of your claim to disprove your claim but rather the burden is upon you to prove your claim.
Why couldn't you have said, plain and simply, "Hockmir, when one makes a claim, it is not incumbent upon the reader of your claim to disprove your claim but rather the burden is upon you to prove your claim."
Also, Jannie, where did this rule come from? I don't recall seeing it on any other board.
