If one company employes 15 people, working normal hours. Sister company employes 15 people working normal hours. If one of the two companies, decides to relocate, and local bussiness,is retained, would not sister company be in a financial bind by having the employee's working 2 shift's, overtime ect?? Bringing other employee's in would lessen the financial burden of sister co. Good Business decision??
