I've already said something about this, but I'll do it again. Yesterday's filing by PBLS was wrong. They filed a document that they originally filed with Nevada on December 6, 2005 saying 1.997 Bil commons and 3 Mil preferreds. Fourteen days later they withdrew that and filed a correction stating 997 Mil commons and 3 Mil preferreds. Of course, then in June of last year they filed an amendment changing it to the current 1.75 Bil commons and 250 Mil preferreds.
Their filing yesterday just shows how poorly organized and clueless they are by filing the wrong document. Too much to be scheming against us in my opinion.
