Its the Series 2 that convert at .06 (or 167 common).

So it costs you and I 3 times as much to get a $10 pfd.

Now you have found a way around the A/S

Just because you can never (Or until PA shoves a few more inches in by raising the A/S) have more than 1,750,000,000 O/S

does not mean that you can not sell over 11 billion shares...
