Whirl

You really think they have those shares in the cookie jar?

If they do then all the recent action has been over nothing but people had huge losses or gains based on the perception that the jar had been emptied.

If we hear next week that the cookies are still in the jar there will be another round of huge loses and gains.

Wow!

SERIES III,

how are the convertable shares accounted for?

This makes a difference. The only difference.

SERIES II,

Can PBLS take 167 shares from you and then give you one share of preferred and then resell the 167 to the market. (SERIES II is non-convertable)

62,500,000 x 167 = 1.04375 to the 10th power or 10,437,500,000 shares + 1,750,000,000

Well, of course they have sold shares into the market to raise cash thru their history. How else do you think they got the cash to survive and build the company? This was obvious to me as soon as I started to investigate this company. All developing companies have to have a source of funding to survive the cash burn of building the company. Their PRs which stated share count at various times also make this clear. They have sold a lot of shares .
