I definitely did not hear anything in the PR or the CC that would lead me to think so. Also, I can't think of any good reason for MRK to do this, off of the top of my head. There was a news article Tuesday that gave this slant, but I think it was just sloppy reporting. There may have been confusion over "I-vation" and "I-vation TA".
Notably, there was no mention of subretinal technology in the PR, so that technology appears to still be up for grabs.
