u are exactly correct... seems like some people that invest here either are burying their heads in the pit or intentionally ignoring a very big issue of the preferred 3 deal for the only select few insiders .... this is a big big big deal and that is one of the issues besides any clarity as to the real share count.... and the pps action.... I am willing to contend that the real share count now is in the 2 billion area.... and counting.... I just can't figure another reason legit reason why the t/a is still gagged ... people should open their eyes to this preferred 3 it is nothing to poo poo really... in my opinion...
