IMHO, I can not help but think the ones that sold will have to buy back. They are actually shorting the stock by borrowing against the stock they are owed. If they share for some reason do not get issued then they will be force to buy back. If the shares are not issued, I can only see the PPS going up and putting them at more risk when forced to buy back. Look at previous post of a trader that sold and was forced to buy back. Maybe earlier this week or last week this trade was posted.
