I am informed that Marco was put on hold for about 12 minutes and nobody came back, then he called the Court back and the judge's clerk apologized for sending him to lala land but said that the judge had to go to pick a jury in another case. She said the judge would enter a discovery order (to date no order has been entered) and if there needed to be another hearing it would be arranged.
So that means that KM is Marco I guess.
