was told yesterday it is non transferable, but Im checking other brokers that are still trading PMCL....Speedtrade is one,im waiting on an answer about the transfer to them . Choicetrade told me it was non transferable..............Th Email I received from OSC stated is is up to each individual broker to halt trading outside ontario.......They said others may make a business decision, and follow their order
