You were caught mailing from Briner Group servers. DUHHHHHH! You remind me of either Curly, Larry or Moe. I just can't figure out which one yet.

I have never been a Smith butt-kisser, but in assessing the relative guilt of the parties in putting the WHA in the mess it is in, it is no call to finger Briner. He and his "Briner Group" partners were the masterminds behind the illegal paper and the illegal spam.

Caswell sees it, the poor little old lady who sued him in New Jersey sees it, I see it, and anyone who has the slightest knowledge of the way things work in microcapville should be able to see it. I'm sorry you can't, but hey, the world is full of people who are wrong like you have always been. Did you ever work for the Bush Administration, by any chance?

Smith is sorely lacking in the qualities needed in a good CEO, but Briner is 20 times worse and the boy was supposed to be a securities specialist. He does know the score and he has used his knowledge to scam.

It's an easy assessment for all but the mentally impaired.

Dogito. Time to read an article:

http://www.law.com/jsp/article.jsp?id=1182503150562

Phillip Offil is the guy Briner used to set up Nexus Asset Holdings. Briner immediately put some of that WHKA stock into his own name and into the names of other people. The rumor flying around is that Offil left Nexus Asset Holdings because he caught Briner ripping off his own partners.

That article clearly details that all of this was illegal. The one thing it does not address, however is the nature of a Texas 504. They are illegal from the start if they are not issued as restricted, 144 paper to individuals and not corporate entities. Briner broke the law and he will go down before all of this is over.

All of you people who did exactly the same thing that is detailed in this article broke the law.
