Do you or anyone else know of any Mutual Funds that offer buy at the open??

Edit: I went 40% long at the close based on signals my model was giving me. But when I run the final numbers later on, it is possible that my model will achieve a threshold where it will give a 20% long recommendation instead of the 40%.
And I am not too exited about being 40% long with the NDX RSI(5) at 89.
