With their business dwindling in Windsor, how do you expect little Sulja to be a force in larger more aggressive markets?

They are having a hard time of it in Windsor, a location they have been at for 20 years with little growth other than the purchase of Sams.

They are not proven "masters of enterprise" by any stretch of the imagination.
