Hi Eagle: The word "believe" when speaking of an OTC stock should never happen. It was indeed a P & D. But more importantly, it's all BS news, it's a BS company.
Once you understand how easy it is to start an OTC stock and collect capital for your venture, you'll see how easy it is to hire PR firms and "pretend" like you have the solutions to everything. Then you take money from sucker investors.
play the momo, play the technicals, play the rumors but please do not "believe" in this company.
