My initial comment had to do with talking to a number of developers in Calgary who have advised me that things were slowing down significantly. And so they have.
That obviously implies that current demand is already being satisfied and the market is shrinking. Only people who are dissatisfied with their current supplier and looking for proven crooks will choose Sulja -- if they're even planning to attempt to find business which I find very unlikely. This is most likely another meaningless ploy to discourage lawsuits by investors who were scammed.
