BobZ will think Sour Cream on Sheriff Matt as an unWise Chip
for not gotten the gotmilk facts, thereby causing Bob to cash in
some of his time chips to debug the code going into those two
gotmilk boards, that hang upon an open.

Hopefully Matt's real job is not as a trouble shooter of problems.
