That's my take on it. If you're a gardener, you could say they've put down quite a root base and she's been peeking out at ground level for a while now. Once the actual growing starts we should have quite a prize. Acquisition phase has to slow down at some point I figure, then the profits will be going back into the coffers.

What in the world would ever make you think that sales and this company will translate to profits? That implies a business plan. It implies discipline. It implies a functional accounting system. It implies controls.

What in the world can make anyone think this company has any association with the discipline necessary to define and execute a business plan.

Also, as for the Pfds - who gets them and on what basis? Where is the shareholder vote authorizing such? Is it all at the whim of the BOD?
