Matt, I can appreciate the problems you are faced with and you're trying to cope with them. However it would be nice if you and Bob would take a moment and post these changes somewhere, so that we would be aware of them instead of a WTF now?

Perhaps a IHUB Software Changes Board where only you or Bob could post and a link to it from the home page. I think it would be helpful to your customers.
