When I first spoke to Tim prior to opening my a/c there, I asked him what his trading platform was like, etc., etc....
He then asked me for my Email addy and said he would send me a very temporary p/w (which he did) so I could visit the site and see for myself (which I did). It was that simple and I suggest you call him again and 'splain yourself in those terms.
I can understand that they are picking up mucho biznez as the gold bull becomes more popular and traders increasingly see the value of trading Canadian stocks in Canada rather than having to go thru those BS pinks or pay a premium to the Waterhouses off the world.
No I am not "collecting the commish" or for that matter getting anything whatsoever from them. I must have sent at least fifteen accounts their way and they don't even know I'm alive except possibly as 'that guy from Florida who started buying SUR.V @ 0.285US and now owns a bunch of it.' <gg>
If you're so inclined, do try calling Tim again (when the mkt is closed) and if you draw another blank, send me a PM.
