Alan Schwartz returned my call this morning from pinksheets.com. He said that he is not aware who the new TA is, but removed the old one because of the latest press release. He said his last contact with the company was an email he received from Martin on June 18th saying he had resigned.

Once he gets info on who the new TA is he will update it within 24 hours on the website. He even tried asking a couple of other people/places while I was on the phone with him who it might be, but they did not know either. He said many places have switched from Fairross since the whole fiasco with them. I asked him to please call me if he receives any info on the new TA besides a public press release.
