This is another example. Digging up old PR's. And what is it you want to make clear?
The PR is about engaging the services of an financial advisor agent, thus only indirectly about financing. And, by the way, Arnold, do you know what services were being delivered by this agent? Maybe they helped with the placing of shares. Maybe they were hired because the former financial man, LW, needed the help, or something like that. I do not know, nor do I see a reason against engaging an agent if help is needed.
Apparently up to now CYGX was able to raise capital and have on-going product development. Which I am glad about.
