I know but you have to understand the his is just a prof. flipper (basher). It is obvious that that all he does. He know the facts but choses to bash the facts.

I checked this out with my folks at GNF and basicly he meant... The idea is Bull! Not in the company plans! No reverse is planned at this time. Thus as stated, "Bull!" There is no plan and anyone who claims to know is just full of bull.

mike is it really that hard to see that the companies first goal of funding it through suckers has been achieved and that step two is on the way...do not forget that JF's dream was to be elsewhere and a R/S has to take place to achieve that dream of his...and don't think for a minute the suckers are going to be the one's who reap the rewards, there are many newbies to get in that will reap those rewards once the share structure is rebuilt (JF personally told me 50 million shares O/S is an important number when building a valuable company)...as I have always said the company is in a great position but the original shareholders were used...you view it with all the flowers and sparkles you want thats your business. I have made about 25% back by flipping thanks to wick and I will buy back in heavy when the share structure is rebuilt...Zanabeel is loading up at the worst time...

A R/S is absolutely imminent... within 30 days though, i don't think so, but this pig WILL R/S someday.

For one, ARCA is still dumping shares into the o/s... JF is NOT done with his shady deal, he probably needs to buy Mama another restaurant or something.
