excel, It is a possibility, and I'm sure a definate possibility that he has both options plus other compensation for the work that he has done on Embarq. Think about it. Seems like common sense to me.

excel - i'm not saying anything. quite frankly it makes not one bit of difference to me. i just posted that to give you an example of how advisory board members were being compensated. whether or not that's all they get or if they have other side deals with NVEI i don't know nor care. my main focus right now is on where i think the company may be going from here and how that will effect my investment.
