the problem with gzfx mgmt....
was/is the little things... with the "Big things" they have shown they are capable of handling that end ..... (cc, mgc, etc....)
the problem has always been the little things.... especially with the website, that definitely hurt sub rate....
e.g: on each dvd/game icon.... they finally put the little format letters at the top of each dvd/game.... they only accomplished this "minor" thing a few mths ago..... FOR YEARS.... "dummies" were getting wrong formats in the mail due to the confusion with the formats.... this caused cancellations..... YET, they only fixed this a few mths/wks ago....
imo, they need to continually be reminded to fix the small things...... i think it's important.....
example... a person, living in texas, frustated with long waits of GAMEFLY ...will look at gzfx.... see the DISTRIBUTION CENTER map.... see that texas is NOT up & running yet.... and WILL NOT sign up due to that..... A VERY POSSIBLE SCENARIO
