If it can not make a new low today and closes higher I will take that as a buy signal. I do not know how long or how big the rally will be but I would guess about three days.

I put a test sell in at .014 and they sucked it up quickly. I put a buy in at .0145 and it was slow to fill. There were lots of sellers at .014 so I bought quite a bit at .0145. Hope it moves.
